What ages are suitable for your soft play set up?

The ages that are suitable for our soft play set up are ages 6 years old & below. We encourage adults to engage in play with their children, but please do not sit or stand on equipment.

How do I book?

Fill out the ‘Request Booking’ form with the event’s exact information. We will respond with a confirmation and invoice within 24 hours.  40% deposit of the selected package will be due to reserve date and time.  This 40% is nonrefundable and goes towards your invoice.

How far ahead should I book my party?

We ask that you book 4-6 weeks in advance. However PlayMania901 does offer last minute booking options.

When is the final payment due?

Final payment is due 7 days before the event.

What is your Cancelation Policy?

We do understand that emergencies will happen. We will work with you on rescheduling another date for your event within 90 days. If you do not reschedule within the timeframe, PlayMania 901 will keep 40% nonrefundable deposit.

When should I expect my accidental fee back?

Please allow us 24-48 hours to refund the $150 accidental fee. This allows us time to properly inspect equipment.

What if the equipment is damaged during my event?

We charge a $150 refundable accidental fee in the invoice. If damages do occur, we will notify you of the damages and we will retain the $150.

What should I expect on the day of my event?

Yay! Event Day! PlayMania 901 will arrive at the venue 45-75 minutes early, depending on selected package and add-ons. Please ensure that there is a clear path to the driveway and entrance. We will set up and sanitize all equipment. Your party is reserved for 3 hours. Have fun with the children. When it is time for pick up, we allow a grace period of 15 minutes, all equipment should be in the play area (ALL balls placed in the ball pit).

If your event is outside, please ensure the yard is well manicured and clean (no glass, paper, sharp objects, etc.)

If your event is inside, please ensure that the space is ready to go clear of furniture or any large objects. PlayMania 901 will charge an additional fee to move furniture or large objects.
